What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

  • Internet banking or over the counter deposits at Commonwealth Banks (payments to be cleared within 3 working days of ordering - please quote your order number or name).  Please allow 48 hours for your payment to reach our account, if the payment is being processed through another bank other than Commmonwealth (where our account is held).
  • Banking details can be found on your Confirmation of Order email, scroll down towards the bottom.
  • Paypal (credit cards accepted via Paypal) - minimum transaction $10.00
  • Credit card by phone:  please phone through your credit card details to complete your order to 0476 459 619.  Please remember that Perth is 2-3 hours behind Eastern States.  We can only accept credit cards that are bank issued.
  • New Zealand orders - Paypal only

What Are Your Postage & Handling Rates and Postage Options?

Please note we only ship to Australian and New Zealand addresses

  • Western Australia - $8.50 (eParcel)
  • All other States (QLD, TAS, VIC, NSW, NT, SA & ACT) - $9.95 (eParcel)
  • Local Pickup - if you live close by you are welcome to pickup your order - we are located in Tuart Hill, WA.
  • New Zealand Post - flat rate $20 (if actual costs are less we will refund your Paypal account)

Postage to the East Coast of Australia usually takes 5-7 working days and postage within WA is usually 1-5 working days depending on your location.

eParcel (Australia Post)

  • All parcels are sent via Australia Post's eParcel system, which means you can track your parcel from dispatch to your front door
  • As per Australia Post terms, all our parcels will be left in a safe place at your residence.  Australia Post will take a photograph of the location the parcel has been delivered to.  Should you prefer a signature on delivery - please state "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" in the comments box during the checkout procedure.
  • Parcels are posted every week day - Monday to Friday.
  • Please CHECK YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS during the checkout procedure.  Should your parcel be sent to an incorrect address which is no fault of Anna's staff, you will be charged a $10.00 return fee, along with re-postage expenses.

Packaging Commitment

  • All items are packed carefully to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. The majority of my orders ship in strong/sturdy pizza boxes.
  • My customers are important to me and I pride myself on providing excellent service and turnaround time. I have orders processed and despatched within 24 hours of placement of order.  If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me so that we can discuss alternative arrangements. All items are brand new and packed carefully, if for some reason there is damage during transport please also contact me to arrange a return and replacement product.

Changing Email Addresses

  • If your email address has changed, please log in (using your old email address), click on My Account and then update email addresses.  Please do not create a new account.  If you do create a new account and you are already a  previously registered customer you are NOT entitled to re-use your first order discount.  Any customer found to be entering new email addresses, simply to use the first order discount will be banned from the website.
  • Only one account per street/PO Box address is allowed.  Only persons over the age of 16 may register for an account.
